Next week, Rise of the Grigori fans will be getting a treat with some downloadable map art and a never-before-published rough sketch of the Opal Palace layout. I’ll be announcing this month’s Tea with Talena meetup information. And, of course, you’ll get a new installment of my work in progress.

This week, my husband and I started on the second season of Good Omens. As far as I know, this season’s material is being written from scratch, since the first season was based on the inimitable book by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman, and they didn’t write a second one. The first episode was delightful, and I’m looking forward to the rest of the season.

I’ve been reading book two of the Shadow and Bone series by Leigh Bardugo, Siege and Storm. I’m not far into it, but it’s got me hooked, for sure. I’m pondering throwing all my responsibilities to the wind for a book vacay this weekend. We’ll see what happens. ;-)
